How to make an order
It's really simple to make an order on our online store!
You can browse our catalogue and click on a product image to view the product page.
The product page:
In the product page you can find different zoomed images of the product, the product's info, the product's description and the product's price. Where requested, you should indicate the product size in order to add the product into the basket - the product page shoes only the available sizes.
In the basket page you can find the purchased products, the quantity of each product and the total amount.
By Clicking on the "Proceed to Checkout" button you will proceed with the purchasing process.
To complete your order you should fill the Checkout form following the given steps.
All your order data are summarized at the end of the Checkout process. Once you confirmed the data you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the order code and you can't edit your order no more.
Shipping and taxes
Orders placed on Manuel Ritz are shipped in the European Community Countries via international courier: BRT for Italy, FEDEX for other Countries.
The orders are shipped immediately after the payment verification and after that we have checked the product availability - max 3 working days after the order date. In case of mistake, we will refund you the money directly on your credit card or on your PayPal account.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country.
Duties and Taxes:
We ship using DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) method for the CE countries.
For countries outside the CE area, the courier may give you a separated invoice from local authorities for extra duties. We invite you to verify local taxes and duties before placing an order on the Manuel Ritz Online Store.
NOTE: We do not ship to PO boxes.
We accept credit card transfer and PayPal payments.
We accept the most major credit and debit cards including Visa and MasterCard.

If you don't like the product you received you can send it back to us.
You can request a return if these conditions are true:
- The return must be done within 14 days from order date;
- The item must be intact and not used;
- The original tag must not have been removed;
- The return shipping must be made using the original box and packaging in which the product was sent and received in. If the original packaging is missing or damaged, any carton in good condition may be used. In any case, the box containing the product must be covered with another package.
If these requests are fulfilled we will refund the product price.
To proceed to your return you must create a return request from your account page: we will then contact you as soon as possible giving you all the instructions on what to do.
The shipping costs of your return or size exchange are at your charge (shipping costs are refunded only if you have received wrong or faulty items; custom duties are always at your charge). If you are returning products from a country outside the CE area eventual Custom Duties will also be at your charge (custom duties are always at your charge).
IMPORTANT: Products purchased online can only be returned following the above mentioned procedure. We will not accept products returned to an offline store or requests that don't respect the above mentioned procedure.

The amount of your purchase will only be charged when the package has actually been delivered.
The purchase can only be done by the Credit Card holder and the and the address must correspond with the and the address on the order invoicing data. Nevertheless Manuel Ritz will accept orders with invoicing data different than the card holder data, but only after having carried out the required controls with the purchaser and the end customer, keeping the unquestionable right to ask further informations to the purchaser or to refuse the purchase order.
